2. No guarantee of decisions

3. Applicant responsibility
Applicants are responsible for submitting true, complete and lawful information and documents. False, incomplete or misleading documents can lead to rejection, cancellation or legal consequences.
4. Third-party decisions
Processing time, eligibility rules, appointment availability, document requirements and final outcomes are controlled by the relevant third parties and authorities.
5. Communication and records
By submitting forms or documents, you authorise NovaGate International to review your information, communicate with you, maintain internal records and use the information for the requested service.
6. Website use
You may not copy, misuse, alter, impersonate or misrepresent any NovaGate International document, licence, brand element, applicant record or website material without written permission.
